If you are shipping us your wine you will receive an email with our address. Simply ship us your wine with a copy of your invoice. Include a return prepaid FedEx or UPS shipping label if you’d like your bottles shipped back. No more than 48 hours after receiving your wine you will receive an email with a link to your bottle shots gallery. Once you approve the images we will return your wine (if we received a return shipping label) That’s it! These options present themselves once you pick a lighting style in our shop. 

Live in the Bay Area? You can drop off and pickup your wine right from our studio! When you select the product you want, simply select “I am dropping off the wine. Please contact me” instead of “I am shipping the wine”, and once you complete your order, we will contact you via email within 24 business hours to make arrangements. 48 hours after we receive your wine you will get an email with a link to your bottle shots gallery. That’s it! Once the images are approved we will make arrangement for you to pick up your wine. These options present themselves once you pick a lighting style in our shop. 

Once you choose to either ship or drop off you wine, you must choose the file type you want. From a simple JPEG on white background to a layered TIFF file or even a transparent (no background) PNG, we’ve got your file needs covered.
