How do I get my images?

Once we complete photography of your bottles, we will upload them to a password-protected gallery and email you a link to that gallery. You can download the images from there or share that link with whomever you want. The images will be available there for 5 years.

           

How long does the process take?

Once we receive your wine we will provide you with images within 48 business hours. If we are returning your wine, it will be shipped within 72 hours of image approval.

How do I choose the file format of my images?

When you click on your lighting style, you will not be able to add it to your cart until you select from several file formats. JPEG is the default and most common choice. Those choices will be found in the description of the lighting style you chose. You can only choose one

How do I get my wine back?

If you ship us your wine, simply include a pre-paid shipping label and we will use that to return your wine once you approve your images. If you drop your wine off, we will make arrangements with you to pick it up once the images are approved.

How do I drop off my wine?

Once you complete your order, we will contact you to make arrangements to have you drop them off as well as pick them up once the images are approved.

Where do I ship the wine? Will it be safe?

When you complete your order, you will get instructions on how and where to ship your wine. Your wine will be kept in a cool, safe place.

How do I choose how to ship or drop off my wine?

When you click on your lighting style, you will not be able to add it to your cart until you select whether to ship or drop off the wine. Those choices will be found in the description of the lighting style you chose. You can only choose one.

How do I choose my lighting style?

Simply go to our shop here and choose which one you want

Can I choose multiple lighting styles for different wines?

Yes you can! Simply add them to your cart and when you ship or drop off the wine, include a note detailing which bottles get which lighting style. If you do add multiple lighting styles to your order we will also include a reminder to include this note in follow-up emails.
